I am a person of special needs, i.e. I need a wheelchair for any significant transport. The cruise director made sure I had a wheelchair for every occasion that I needed one. Because of this, I was able to visit most of the sites that intrigued me...  

...Once again, we think very highly of Radim, and all the crew of the Beyla for a magnificent, carefree, relaxing vacation along the Elbe.

...Both Viking and the crew did a great job of handling the situation and making the cruise a memorable one, especially the Program Director, Radim. They made sure that we saw all of the sites we were scheduled for and then added in some new ones at their cost...
